IOWA PARTNERS WITH IMG LEARFIELD TICKET SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE AND SALES PARTNERSHIP

University of Iowa Athletics Department announced a partnership with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions to coordinate outbound tickets sales as well as enhance customer.
 
“We are excited to collaborate with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions to provide an even better experience for our incredible fans,” stated Gary Barta, Henry B. and Patricia B. Tippie Director of Athletics Chair. “They are the experts in our industry.  We are excited to add their creative and industry leading strategies to build a proactive approach to customer service, sales and marketing.”
 
The new partnership will also bring the addition of new technology and data analytics to make it easier for fans to engage with the Athletics Department while improving the fan experience at events. IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions will tap into the shared resources and experience of Hawkeye Sports Properties (multi-media), Sidearm Sports (website and mobile app) and Paciloan (ticketing system).

IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions, a joint venture established in March 2012 between IMG College and Learfield, now represents 50 partners with four of those in the Big Ten Conference.
