Tom Fletcher
Regional Vice President, West Region

Tom Fletcher is Regional Vice President, West for IMG College, overseeing relationships with 10 schools including Arizona, ASU, BYU, Cal, UCLA, Gonzaga, Oregon, Washington, Washington State, and UNLV as well as the Rose Bowl.  He manages IMG College's sponsorship development and partnership marketing efforts for these partners while forging and maintaining strong relationships with the PAC-12 as the Conference launches PAC-12 Enterprises and additional media projects.

Prior to joining IMG College in 2012, Fletcher was VP, Corporate Partnerships for the Portland Trail Blazers, overseeing the creation of all corporate marketing partnerships that included media, signage, promotions and merchandising for the Trail Blazers and Rose Garden Arena.  In the 2011-12 season, the team negotiated rights fees and partnership revenue exceeding $30 million, the highest revenue the team had seen in the previous 7 years.  Fletcher joined the Trail Blazers in 2003.

Previously, Fletcher was Director, Marketing and Sponsorship for Special Olympics, Northern California, leading the organization's fundraising efforts through corporate sponsorship, event marketing, promotions and grants.  Prior to that, he was Director of Promotions and Sports Marketing for 24 Hour Fitness, Inc.

Fletcher received his BA from San Diego State University in 1995, where he was an academic all-conference football player at San Diego State and received the National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete of the Year award.  He is a board member of Special Olympics Oregon and also donates his time as an auctioneer for local charities.  A native of San Marcos, Calif., Fletcher resides in Vancouver, Wash., with his wife, Tamy, and children, Thomas and Molly.
