Vice President and Associate General Counsel

Ashley Hibbett Page is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for IMG College. She leads the team handling all IMG College and IMG College Licensing legal matters including multi-media rights, licensing, sponsorships and business ventures.
 
Prior to joining WME | IMG in April 2016, Ashley was the lead commercial attorney for Google’s shopping products and services, including Google Express, Google Product Listing Ads, and Google Trusted Stores. She advised Google in all aspects of its shopping related commercial transactions including partnerships, strategic alliances, licensing agreements, marketing initiatives, product development and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Google, Ashley practiced in the Intellectual Property Transactions Group at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta and the Intellectual Property and Corporate Practice Groups at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington DC. In 2006, Ashley founded Imagine That, LLC- a dynamic image consulting service designed to provide valuable, yet affordable professional and personal wardrobe assistance to recent college and professional school graduates of color. She currently serves on the board of directors of Sisters Code, a non-profit organization established to help bridge the technology gender gap by providing women with the tools they need to successfully re-career into the field of technology, and provide corporations with a greater pipeline of diverse talent to address the gender equity balance within their organizations.
 
Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in history, summa cum laude from Spelman College in 2001, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004. She served one year as clerk to the Honorable Justice Joette Katz of the Connecticut State Supreme Court, and is admitted to the bar in New York, Georgia and the District of Columbia. While at Spelman, Ashley joined the Eta Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is a current member of the East Point-College Park Alumnae Chapter.
